From the moment walked in we felt like at home with the smiling and very polite staff. As we were there just before Xmas all was absolutely amazing 🎄 Brilliant location, easy to find by car with huge secure car park and only few stops on public transport to town centre (2 minutes walking distance to the stop). Room was clean, modern, comfortable and spacious! Staff was superb! We will definitely be back!!! Strongly recommend 💝 Happy New Year!

The hotel was close to the metro and tram stations, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very decent, not to mention the bacon strips, which were very bad—bonus points for the wonderful omelets served by the kitchen. The overall experience was fine. The staff was very friendly.

it was clean and the room was spacious. there were no standard rooms available when we got there (even though we booked one), so they upgraded us for free to a deluxe one! staff seemed friendly too and it’s easy to reach the city centre by metro. takes around half an hour

Everything! :) From the moment we checked in we we greeted by a lovely gentleman at the reception who assisted us, gave us some useful information and accommodated our preferences! Overall, staff was very nice, kind and friendly! Beds were very comfortable. We used the Hotel Spa facilities and we were inpressed of the choices we had of different saunas, pool, steam room and relaxation rooms. We booked our stay with breakfast included and that was such a good value for money! Breakfast was excellent and there was a wide range of itwms to chose from. Cleaningnes was impeccable! We loved the hotel design and we also experienced the Bar/Lounge on a Saturday evening after returning from our city stroll, where we were pleasantly surprised to find a live DJ, nice music and great ambience and vibe around. The place was quite lively and vibrant.

I really enjoyed the ambience and found the hotel staff to be incredibly helpful with everything I needed. My check-in process was seamless, and when I requested a late check-out, the reception team was more than happy to accommodate me. The spa facilities were delightful, and I had an excellent massage from Kimberly—she was fantastic! I also loved the atmosphere at the Monzo restaurant.

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The property is modern, clean, and located in a convenient spot, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were excellent, particularly the bar, which was a real highlight. The bar staff were amazing, and the drinks and simple food options were delightful. The parking was very handy and made my stay even more hassle-free. While most of the staff were friendly and professional, a special mention goes to Patrick, the manager, who was exceptionally nice and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a great stay, and I would happily return. Highly recommend!

We stayed in a triple room which was lovely and big. My children loved the spa pool (I paid E19 once per stay to use, children didn't need to pay plus E8 for compulsory flipflops). Children are only allowed in until midday but that was plenty of time for us. Metro and Trams were both within walking distance.

Good mattress, softer pillows upon request, clean, silent rooms, strong hairdryer, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice spa area (with addtl payment), close to Metro station (2 min walk) - so easy to reach any point in the city easily, safe city area

The service from Claudia (Not sure about her name but she was from Porto and working at reception) was excellent. 10 out of 10. She was very proactive, helpful, with an smile on her face she sorted out all my questions and concerns. The hotel was nice, the minibar is always a plus as allows you to have your own drinks / food in the room. It is very well connected with the possibility of renting a bike. 24 / 7 possibility of buying drinks / snacks from reception. Finally, the SPA. I had the possibility of using it for just €12 for the whole of my stay. Great experience and I will definitely be back next year and will request the exact same room.

The hotel is conveniently located 3 minutes from a train station so there was good access to the city centre. The interiors were nice and modern plus the triple room we stayed in was spacious. Right next to a canal perfect for a nighttime walk. Overall, it was really good for a lower price than similar hotels in Amsterdam.
